hometown: Chesapeake, VA college: College of William & Mary major: B.A. in theatre favorite vacation destination: Edinburgh favorite book: Villette by Charlotte Bronte favorite band while in high school: R.E.M (sorry Heidi) favorite text Lookingglass has adapted: Baron in the Trees favorite Lookingglass memory: Favorite is too hard so I'll tell one of my funniest memories instead. We were in rehearsal for Her Name was Danger and Larry and Andy were playing these two highly comical undercover detectives. Ostensibly to prepare for a scene in which Larry played a mime (but really I think because he thought it would be funny) Catlin (the director and author) had them play charades with each other. Hilarity ensued. Culminating in Larry trying to charade VW Bug to Andy. Larry tried to cheat by using 2 fingers to make a V and then 3 fingers to make W but Andy kept thinking he was using the charade symbols for 2 words and 3 words or 2nd word, 3rd word. So it went on and on with them completely misunderstanding each other and Larry was getting so frustrated and Andy was so calmly saying NOT what Larry wanted and Catlin, Mele and I were just helpless with laughter. I'm laughing again right now just thinking about it. They never got it, by the way.
