Walter Briggs (he/him) has been performing in shows and making theater in Chicago since 2004, working in many different capacities and with several companies in that span. He is an artistic associate at Lookingglass. His collaborations with the company include; Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad ZooThe North China Lover, the 2017 summer production of Moby Dick, and it’s touring production to Alliance Theatre, South Coast Repertory, and Arena Stage. Walter most recently appeared at Lookingglass as Ned Land in 20,000 Leagues Under the Seas.

Walter has appeared in Sucker Punch (Victory Gardens Theater), the world premiere of Hit The Wall (The Inconvenience) at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, All Our Tragic (The Hypocrites), and The Glass Menagerie (Mary-Arrchie Theatre Co.). Other Chicago credits include: Victory Gardens Theater, A Red Orchid Theatre, Steep Theater, Chicago Children’s Theater, and The House Theatre of Chicago.
