Kevin O’Donnell (he/him) is thrilled to be back at Loogkingglass, where he previously composed for Ethan Frome, Around the World in 80 Days, Fedra: Queen of Haiti, Black Diamond, contributed to Hephaestus, and sound designed Our Town. He has also worked on several Winter Circuses with the Actor’s Gym. In Chicago he has worked as a sound designer and composer for The House, Steppenwolf, The Court, Northlight, and Paramount; he has received 10 Jeff Awards (20 nominations), and 2 After Dark Awards (“Outstanding Season”). Regionally he has worked at the Indiana Rep, The Penobscot Theatre (Bangor, ME), The Nashville Rep, as well as The Southern Rep and The Petite Theatre in New Orleans, where his work has been nominated for two Big Easy Awards. Currently based just outside of Nashville, he teaches Sound and Media Design at Middle Tennessee State University. He is also a drummer.
