Courtney O’Neill (she/her) is thrilled to welcome audiences back to Lookingglass with Circus Quixote. She first jumped down the rabbit hole 18 years ago and has worked with the company in various capacities, most recently as the scenic designer of Moby DickPlantation!, and The Little Prince. Chicago: Steppenwolf Theatre, Goodman Theatre, Writers Theatre, Court Theatre, Paramount, Chicago Children’s Theatre, Northlight, among others. Regional: Guthrie Theater, Kansas City Rep, Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Great Lakes Theatre, American Players Theatre, Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, Alliance Theatre, Arena Stage, Denver Center, Baltimore Center Stage, The Apollo Theater, Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, South Coast Repertory Theatre, Cleveland Playhouse, Marin Theatre Company. Awards: Joseph Jefferson Award, USITT Rosebrand Scene Design Award, Michael Maggio Emerging Designer Award. Education: MFA, Northwestern University and BFA, DePaul University. She lives in France with her husband Kirby and enjoys cycling through the mountains.
