Tom O’Neill is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Exelon. Exelon Corporation (NYSE: EXC) is the nation’s leading competitive energy provider with approximately $44 billion in annual revenues and more than 35,000 megawatts of owned capacity comprising one of the nation’s cleanest and lowest-cost power generation fleets. Previously, Tom was the SVP of Regulatory and Energy Policy and General Counsel of Commonwealth Edison Company (“ComEd”) where he oversaw the company’s regulatory policy and strategy and rates functions, and also served as the primary legal advisor to ComEd’s Board and senior management.
Prior to joining Exelon in 2001, Tom was a partner with the law firm of Jenner & Block in Chicago.
Tom has a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Illinois-Urbana and a law degree from Notre Dame.
