Marci Masur (she/her) is a values-driven executive whose leadership is grounded in sustainability, equity, and community impact. As Managing Director and Head of Corporate Real Estate and Development at Mesirow, she oversees a global portfolio spanning 25 locations. Most recently, Marci led a transformative $100 million investment in Chicago, securing Mesirow’s long-term future while catalyzing economic growth across the city. She assembled a diverse project team, championed local and underrepresented vendors, partnered with mission-aligned nonprofits, and achieved the reuse or donation of 99% of workplace assets—setting a new standard for environmental responsibility.
Marci brings this same passion to her philanthropic work. In addition to her role with Lookingglass, she has supported Lurie Children’s Hospital through its Innovators program and Friends & Family initiative, and served as head of fundraising for Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School.
A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Marci lives in Andersonville with her husband and two children. Together, they enjoy traveling, gathering with friends, and embracing the energy of Chicago.
