Since 2025
Libby (she/her) is thrilled to return to her theatre roots in the newly developed role of Scene Shop Coordinator with Lookingglass. Inspired by the company’s bold, ensemble-driven storytelling and commitment to creative risk-taking, she is excited to help build and refine the systems, processes, and day-to-day flow that will allow internal productions and external partnerships to thrive.
With over 20 years of nonprofit leadership and consulting experience, Libby is passionate about creating meaningful impact through strategic fundraising, marketing, and organizational development. In previous roles, Libby has led teams, boards, and initiatives across a diverse range of mission-driven organizations.
Libby holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Millikin University and an MFA in Acting from Western Illinois University. She has collaborated with theatre companies across the country, including Chicago-based Lifeline Theatre, Emerald City Theatre Company, Hell in a Handbag Productions and PrideArts. She lives in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood with her wife and rescue dog, Roxie, and enjoys flexing her green thumb in the garden, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring Chicago’s vibrant neighborhoods.
