Alexandra Bradbury (she/her) is a talent acquisition professional specializing in strategy and uncovering talent. She brings a collaborative mindset, a strong work ethic, and a positive outlook to her work.
Alex holds dual degrees in American Studies and Organizational Communication from DePaul University, where she developed a deep appreciation for cultural narratives, equity, and the power of meaningful dialogue, values that continue to shape both her professional and personal journey.
Having grown up attending theatre performances with her father, including many at Lookingglass Theatre, she is honored to join the Board. She looks forward to contributing her skills, enthusiasm, and love for the arts to further the organization’s creative mission and impact.
