McMahon is an attorney at Katz & Stefani, LLC in Chicago, where she practices exclusively in the area of matrimonial and family law. Kathryn is originally from Wisconsin and received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007 (Go Badgers!). Kathryn also received a political science diploma from L’Université Paul Cézanne: L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques, in Aix-en-Provence, France in 2007 and is proficient in French. Kathryn moved to Chicago in 2008 for law school and received her Juris Doctor and Certificate in Tax Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2012. She is happy to call Chicago “home.” While in law school, Kathryn clerked at a family law firm, was a judicial extern for the Honorable Donald J. O’Brien, Jr. (ret.), Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division, and was a legal intern for the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of the Chief Counsel.
Kathryn has been a member of the Lookingglass Associates Board since 2013. She has previously served as the Vice President of the Madhatter’s Club (our flex pass option for ticket buyers under the age of 35) and also as the Co-Chair and Vice President of Membership.
