Before joining Positive Coaching Alliance in 2015, Tai had a successful business and legal career, including serving as Director of Corporate Affairs in the Office of the CEO at Ariel Investments, and Assistant Corporation Counsel at the City of Chicago Department of Law.
Tai played collegiate volleyball and basketball, and graduated from Grinnell College with a B.A. in Sociology and a concentration in Gender and Women’s Studies in 2004.
