Olivia Tritschler

As General Manager, she oversees financial, operations, facility, and people management, ensuring the team has the necessary support to achieve Lookingglass’ bold mission.

Prior to Lookingglass, Olivia served seven years at the historic National Theatre in Washington, DC, where she doubled the nonprofit’s staff and operations and capitalized on opportunities to acquire and renovate the theater property. After first moving to Chicago, Olivia led fundraising efforts at the Design Museum of Chicago. Olivia has a BA from the University of Virginia, a Certificate of Project Management from Georgetown University, and is completing her Nonprofit Management Executive Scholar Certificate at Northwestern.

When not at work, Olivia is exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods, strengthening her beginner rowing skills, and reading as many books as she can.
