About

Marci Masur is a strategic executive and civic leader whose work spans business, philanthropy, the arts, and education. Over the course of her career, she has led complex, high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and organizational transformation.

Most recently, as a Managing Director at a leading financial services firm, Marci oversaw a global real estate portfolio and led a major investment in the firm’s Chicago headquarters and broader workplace infrastructure. A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Marci lives in Chicago with her husband and two children. Together, they enjoy traveling, making memories, and embracing the energy and culture of the city they call home.
