Jennifer O’Neill is a seasoned commercial banker known for her expertise in providing comprehensive financial solutions to privately held middle market businesses. As a Team Lead & Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Wintrust Bank, she plays a pivotal role in developing long-term relationship with clients by providing them with lending, depository, and treasury solutions.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has demonstrated a strong track record of success in structuring and negotiating complex credit transactions, managing credit risk effectively, and delivering tailored financial products to her clients. Following over a decade in the private, middle market space Jennifer transitioned to expand her commercial banking experience into the Government, Non-Profit, and Healthcare banking space, where she has operated since 2024.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business, where she also served as a Teaching and Research Assistant for many years in their Economics Department. She brings a deep understanding of the Chicago market and the unique factors at play in the local economy. In addition to her role on the executive chapter of AM&AA, Jennifer also sits on the Chicago Shakespeare Theater Board of Directors and is actively involved in the Professional Women’s Club of Chicago.
