Ray brings nearly 30 years of senior leadership experience across both nonprofit and commercial theater, following an early career as a performer and designer that evolved into executive management, fundraising, and strategic programming.
He has led established institutions, guided organizations through crisis and transition, and launched new cultural ventures in the U.S. and internationally, building high-performing teams and securing significant campaign, sponsorship, and start-up funding. Grounded in the financial discipline of commercial theater, Ray partners with artists and stakeholders to provide the structure, strategy, and resources that enable transformative and sustainable creative work.
