Kimberly Lawson (she/her/hers) is originally from St. Louis, MO. She joined the Lookingglass team after serving as the Director of Audience Services at Victory Gardens Theater. Kimberly studied violin performance at DePaul University and University of Missouri-St. Louis. She studied with the Chicago String Quartet, Arianna String Quartet, and David Halen, Concertmaster of the St. Louis Symphony. As a violinist obsessed with musical theater, Kimberly has worked with over 20 theaters including Victory Gardens Theater, Porchlight Music Theatre, Bohemian Theatre Ensemble, Griffin Theatre Company, Kokandy Productions, and Bailiwick Chicago.

Kimberly is also an active cabaret singer and is a member of Chicago Cabaret Professionals. Her latest show, WOZ, was nominated for a Broadway World Chicago award after playing sold out performances at Davenport’s Piano Bar, Stage 773, and Victory Gardens Theater.
