EASE OF ACCESS
Our accessible entrance is located on Pearson Street, directly west of our main doors at 163 E Pearson St. Patrons may use the elevator or ramp to reach the main level or balcony.
Accessible seating is available for all productions. Please contact the Box Office if you’d like assistance reserving a specific seat or companion location.

MASK-REQUIRED PERFORMANCES
Select performances are designated as mask-required for the comfort of patrons and staff. Masks must be worn while inside the lobby and theatre, except when actively eating or drinking.

OPEN CAPTIONING
Each mainstage production features one or more performances with open captioning. An LED board displays dialogue and sound cues in real time for patrons with hearing loss or English-language learners.

AUDIO DESCRIPTION & TOUCH TOURS
Audio-described performances feature live narration of visual details and stage action. Touch Tours allow patrons to explore costumes and props before the show.

RELAXED PERFORMANCES
Designed for patrons with sensory sensitivities, relaxed performances offer adjusted lighting, gentler sound, and a supportive environment. Audience movement and soft conversation are welcome throughout.
Quiet areas and sensory tools are available upon request.
ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES
Lightweight headsets amplify stage sound through the theatre’s audio system. Available free of charge at the Box Office prior to curtain.
LARGE PRINT PROGRAMS
Large-print programs are available in electronic or printed format by request. Please email the Box Office at least 48 hours before your performance date.
