Since 2013

Charlotte Drover is a Chicago-based freelance director and choreographer. She moved to Chicago in 2013 to intern for Lookingglass’ Education and Community Programs department. She celebrates over five years teaching for Lookingglass, and has expanded her service to Writers Theatre, Northlight Theatre, and Rocky Mountain Conservatory Theatre.

Directing credits include: The Crystal Spider (Haven Theatre), Beckon (Wildclaw Theatre), Venus in Fur (Circle Theatre), Octagon (Associate Director for Jackalope Theatre), Erasing the Distance, The After (Collaboraction), and The Pit & The Pendulum (Chicago Mammals). She has choreographed for Jackalope Theatre, Profiles Theatre, and the Chicago Home Theatre Festival, and has assisted directors at Collaboraction, Something Marvelous, The Hypocrites, Goodman Theatre, and Victory Gardens Theater as a part of the company’s Directors Inclusion Initiative.
