All camp payments must be paid in full at the time of registration. We offer limited payment plan options upon request. We will accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX or Discover.
CAMP REFUND POLICY
Lookingglass limits the registration numbers for all camps. If an enrolled camper needs to withdraw before May 1st and we can fill his or her spot with a child from the waiting list, we will refund the camp fee less the $100.00 deposit. If an enrolled camper needs to withdraw after May 1st and we can fill his or her spot with a child from the waiting list, Lookingglass will refund half of the camp fee. If we are unable to fill the slot, there will be no refund. Lookingglass will not refund any camp money after June 1st regardless of filling the spot. We do not prorate any portion of the camp fee and do not offer refunds due to illness or personal schedule conflicts. Fees for camps cannot be transferred to other Lookingglass programs.
Lookingglass reserves the right to cancel any camp due to insufficient enrollment.
